Acceptance of Terms By using our services, including subscribing to TPFU Food, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services. 2. Privacy Policy and Data Collection Your use of TPFU Food is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review this policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 3. Subscription and Orders 3.1. Subscription Services: By subscribing to TPFU Food, you agree to periodic billing according to the terms of your subscription plan. 3.2. Cancellation and Changes: You can request changes or cancellations to your subscription orders subject to our Cancellation and Modification Policy. These requests must be made by 10:00 PM Eastern Time on the day prior to your scheduled delivery or shipment date. 3.3. Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for orders that have already been processed, except in cases of quality issues as specified in our Refund Policy. 4. Shipping and Delivery 4.1. Delivery Schedule: Our food deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, based on your location. 4.2. Possible Delays: Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may lead to delivery delays, which are not within our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations. 4.3. Delivery to Condo or Apartment Buildings: If you live in a condo or apartment building, we will not deliver food to your door but will leave it in a designated area downstairs or with your building's concierge. 4.4. Responsibility After Delivery: Once your order is delivered, we are no longer responsible for the items. You must collect the food promptly and ensure its safe storage. 4.5. Tracking and Delivery Updates: You can request tracking and delivery updates, as well as proof of delivery upon request. 5. Limitations of Liability We make every effort to provide you with the best possible service, but we do not take responsibility for circumstances beyond our control or any consequences resulting from the consumption of our food products. 6. Changes to Terms and Conditions We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
