Delivery Rules

Delivery Rules:

  1. If you live in a condo, we DO NOT deliver to the door.
  2. The driver will call you at the time of delivery if you have requested for it.
  3. The delivery time CANNOT be adjusted. It will be done between 5AM - 11AM. Even though we try to stay consistent, there is no fixed delivery time as the route changes frequently.
  4. Once the tiffin is delivered, it is your responsibility to collect it immediately. If your tiffin gets lost, it is not our responsibility.
